Client Highlight: Alpine Radiant Systems

3 min

Anyone who has spent a winter in Utah knows the routine: wake up early, shovel the driveway, salt the steps, and do it all again after the next storm. Alpine Radiant Systems builds the systems that make that routine unnecessary.

Based in Kaysville, Alpine Radiant designs, installs, and maintains radiant heating systems for custom homes and commercial projects. Its two core offerings are snowmelt systems, which keep driveways, walkways, and pool patios clear of snow and ice, and radiant floor heating, which warms a home from the floor up.

A snowmelt system can be turned on with the press of a button on your phone, or set to start automatically with a snow sensor the moment flakes begin to fall. The result is safer walkways, no snowbanks piling up, and less of the freeze-and-thaw damage that cracks concrete over time.

Alpine Radiant specializes in hydronic radiant heat. A high-efficiency boiler, fueled by propane or natural gas, heats a liquid that circulates through PEX tubing installed in the floor, driveway, or patio, with a control panel tying the whole system together.

The team works on projects of every size, from a large home and driveway to a basement-only system. Radiant heat can also be added to an existing home during a renovation, and Alpine Radiant services and repairs the systems it installs long after the job is done.

For more than 20 years, Alpine Radiant has completed hundreds of projects for general contractors and owner-builders, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-end custom homes. Whether the job is a large home with a heated driveway or a basement-only system, the goal stays the same: install the best radiant heating system on the market.

That work has earned Alpine Radiant a place in the Park City Area Showcase of Homes, an annual event featuring some of the finest homes in the Park City area.

Alpine Radiant works with builders and homeowners across Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, Morgan, and Utah counties. Building a luxury home involves countless moving parts, and the team aims to deliver the best possible system while making the project easier for the builders it works with.

That same care extends to its own crew. Alpine Radiant is building a culture of trust, respect, and growth, and welcomes new team members, whether they have years in the trade or have never picked up a drill.

At Rise CPA & Accountants, we work with business owners who build things that last. Alpine Radiant is a great example: a trade business built on craftsmanship, long-term relationships with builders, and systems that families rely on every winter.

Project-based businesses like this one juggle crew payroll, long build timelines, and seasonal demand all at once. Having clear numbers behind that work makes it easier to plan, hire, and grow with confidence, and that is the kind of financial clarity we help our clients build.
